In short: this is a monthly subscription of €9.97 + VAT on the founder plan (50 places) and €19.97 + VAT after that, charged automatically every month to your card. The first month is free.
The 14 blocks unlock progressively over the first 10 months, and after that everything stays open for as long as you remain subscribed. You can cancel at any time with no minimum term: you keep access until the end of the paid month and are not charged again.
If a payment fails, access is suspended until it is paid.

These Terms govern the subscription to the “AI Agents Master” (“the Master”), an online training programme delivered through the virtual campus at masterdeagentesia.com.
The Master is sold as a monthly subscription of €9.97 plus VAT or applicable tax on the founder plan (€19.97 plus VAT once its 50 places are taken), which depends on your country of residence (for example, with 20% VAT: €44.36 per month). The final amount including tax is shown before you confirm payment.
The first month is free; unless you cancel before it ends, the first monthly payment is taken the day after the free month ends, and further payments are taken automatically on the same day each month using your saved payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe, and each payment generates an invoice.
Annual plan. You can also choose an annual plan of €369 plus VAT in a single payment, with all the content open from day one. It renews automatically every year: we email you before the renewal and you can cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the year already paid.
There is no minimum term. Three days before each payment we email you the date, the amount and a link to review or cancel your subscription.
Price lock. The price you sign up at stays the same for as long as your subscription remains active, even if the price for new students goes up. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the price in force at that time applies.
Free first month and founder plan (monthly plan). The monthly subscription starts with a free first month (30 days). When you sign up you provide your card, but nothing is charged. If you do not cancel before the 30 days end, the first monthly payment is charged automatically and the subscription continues under section 3. If you cancel during the free month, you are not charged anything and access ends no later than the end of that month. During the free month you have first-month access. The free month is offered for 48 hours after your first visit to the website; after that, the subscription starts with the first monthly payment. The annual plan does not include the free month. We may decline a new free month to anyone who has already used one. Founder plan: there are 50 places in total (across all countries) at €9.97 + VAT per month, a price you keep for as long as your subscription stays active. The number of free places shown on the website is real. Once they are taken, the price for new students becomes €19.97 + VAT per month and may rise by €2 for every 9 new subscriptions in each country; the price of existing subscribers never changes.
After the first payment you receive a personal access code by email. The programme has 99 modules organised in 14 blocks, which unlock progressively with each monthly payment over the first 10 months, following the calendar shown in the campus. Blocks already unlocked remain available while your subscription is active.
From month 10 all the content is open, and the subscription continues month by month, with access to the campus, the Telegram tutor and any improvements we publish, until you cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time at masterdeagentesia.com/suscripcion or by emailing contacto@masterdeagentesia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then and no further payments are taken.
Non-payment. If a payment fails, the payment provider will retry it over a few days and we will email you so you can update your payment method. If it is still not paid, the subscription is cancelled and access to the campus and the tutor is suspended. You can subscribe again at any time.
Consumers in the European Union. Under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost.
Consumers in the United Kingdom. Under regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the same applies to digital content supplied with your express consent and acknowledgement.

Apart from the cases in section 6, payments already taken are not refunded, in whole or in part, for dissatisfaction, non-use or lack of time. Your statutory rights always remain: if the content is not as described or does not work as it should, you are entitled to have it fixed and, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.
On completing all the blocks and passing the final project, the student receives a private certificate from AI Agents Master attesting to the practical competence demonstrated. It is not an official degree and has no university or government accreditation. Once issued, the certificate belongs to the student permanently, even if they later cancel their subscription.
To follow the programme you need a computer with an internet connection and your own accounts with the external services used in the practical work (for example, AI providers or automation tools). Those services are billed directly by each provider and are not included in the subscription.
The Master teaches a professional method but does not promise or guarantee any financial, employment or commercial outcome. Results depend on your effort, experience, market and the time you invest.
All content is protected by intellectual property rights. The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence. Sharing your access code, reselling access or redistributing the materials is a serious breach that allows access to be suspended without a refund.
The content of the Master may be updated and improved without substantially changing the programme you subscribed to. If these Terms change in a material way, we will tell you by email before the change affects you.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you can contact the consumer protection and dispute resolution bodies where you live.
