2. Data we collect

• When purchasing the Master: name (for your certificate), email address, and the country and postcode Stripe needs to calculate taxes
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe; this site does not store card details
• When using the campus: module progress and test results, stored in your own browser and in our student database

3. Purpose of processing

Data is collected to manage the purchase and access to the virtual campus, generate and send your personal access code, and send you communications necessary in connection with the service purchased (for example, notices about your access or the support group).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as it is necessary to provide the service you purchased.

5. Recipients and processors

To provide the service, your data may be processed by the following providers acting as data processors:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Analytics and Google Ads) — delivery of the access code, internal management of the student record, and analytics/advertising measurement if you accept the corresponding cookies
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement via Meta Pixel, if you accept the corresponding cookies
• Supabase — student database and campus authentication
• n8n — automation of the enrolment process after payment
• Raiola Networks — website hosting

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. International transfers

Some of the providers above (such as Google, Meta or Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, processing takes place under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as the contractual relationship exists and thereafter for the periods legally required to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

8. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability at any time by writing to contacto@masterdeagentesia.com.

If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

If you are resident outside the European Economic Area, your local data protection legislation may grant you additional or different rights. You can exercise them using the same contact address above.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including the use of encrypted connections (HTTPS) and protected credentials in the automation systems.

Automated website advisor

On our pages you can, if you wish, use an automated advisor (the robot button) to ask questions about the Master before buying.

• What data is processed: only the messages you type in the chat and the language of the page. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, and we recommend that you do not include personal data in your questions.
• Purpose: solely to answer your questions about the Master at that moment.
• Legal basis: your request for information prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Who processes it: to generate the answers we use OpenAI's artificial intelligence service, which acts as a data processor. This may involve a transfer of data to the United States, protected by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. OpenAI does not use these messages to train its models and may keep them for up to 30 days for security purposes.
• Retention: we do not store your conversations. When you close or reload the page, the chat is deleted.
• Cookies: the advisor does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.
